Severability and waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, it will be modified and interpreted to achieve its purpose to the maximum extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Waiver

Except as set out in these Terms, the failure to exercise any right or perform any obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's right to enforce that right or to seek enforcement of that right at a later date. Further, a waiver of a breach does not constitute a waiver of future breaches.

Interpretation

If these Terms have been translated and made available through our Service, you agree that in the event of a dispute, the original English language version shall control.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If there are material changes, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you at least 30 days before the changes take effect. We will determine what constitutes a material change in our sole discretion.
